ESM Ad Studio runs advertising for independent local businesses. This page explains what we do with the information you give us. It is short because we collect very little.
Only what you type into a form on this site. On the analysis form that is your name, email address, business name, market, industry, website or listing, and anything you write in the free-text field. If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects what you enter there.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this site. The only thing stored in your browser is your light or dark theme choice, which stays on your device and is never sent to us.
To prepare the market analysis you asked for and to contact you about it. If you become a client we use the same details to run and report on your advertising. We do not use it for anything else.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. It passes through the services we use to run the business:
Each holds the information as our processor, for the purpose above.
The market analysis we prepare is built from information that is already public — business listings, websites, reviews and the Meta Ad Library. We do not buy data about you or your competitors, and we do not access anything that is not openly visible.
Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted within two years. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for seven years afterwards, which is what tax rules require.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ahmed@esmadstudio.com and we will action it. If you are in the UK or the EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection regulator.
