What’s included at each tier?＋
ESM Starter is $549/month for 1 video ad + 1 static ad each month. ESM Growth is $849/month for 2 video ads + 2 static ads each month. ESM Scale is $1,179/month for 3 video ads + 3 static ads each month. Google Reviews is an optional add-on at $289/month. Market-Driven Website is an optional add-on at $219/month.
How long are the videos?＋
The free ad is 10 seconds. Starter videos run up to 15 seconds. Growth and Scale videos run up to 30 seconds.
How long does delivery take?＋
Two to five business days. Most work lands closer to two.
Is ad spend included?＋
No. Ad spend is billed separately and goes directly to the platform — Meta, Google or wherever you run. Our fee covers market analysis, strategy, creative and campaign management. You keep control of your media budget.
How do I cancel?＋
Through the billing portal above. Cancelling stops your next renewal — there is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
What happens to work in progress if I cancel?＋
You keep everything already delivered, and anything in production for the period you have paid for is still finished and sent. Nothing is clawed back.
Do I own the ads?＋
Yes. Everything we deliver is yours to keep, post and reuse wherever you like.
Can I change plans?＋
Yes. Get in touch and we’ll move you to the tier that fits — up or down.
How do website updates work?＋
An update is a batch of text and image changes to existing sections. Any number of edits across any number of pages, submitted together as one batch. 1 batch per month is included and one round of corrections is included in the batch. Unused batches do not roll over, and additional batches are $149 USD each. New pages, new sections, structural or design changes. are not included — those are quoted separately.
Who owns my website?＋
ESM retains the site for the 12-month term. From month 13 the source is yours. Leaving before the term ends means the site does not transfer.
